Terms of Use

EPT Guide is provided by Excursion Point Tourism LLC, Dubai, for tour guides who work with us. Only people with a guide account created by our office may use it. You are responsible for keeping your passcode secret and for everything done with your account. Tell the office straight away if you think someone else knows your passcode.

• Use guest names, phone numbers and pickup details only to carry out the pickups assigned to you.
• Do not copy, share, sell or keep guest information outside the app, and do not contact guests for any other purpose.
• When you hand your phone to a guest for the activity report, let them fill it in themselves.

When you tap Start on a shift, your live location is shown to the guests of that shift who are still waiting. Tap Stop when you finish. Do not use the phone while driving; set the app up before you start driving and follow UAE traffic law.

• Only upload photos and videos you took during Excursion Point trips.
• By uploading, you allow Excursion Point to use them on its website and social media.
• Only upload pictures of guests who have agreed to be photographed, and never upload anything offensive or illegal.

Trip payments in the app are shown for information, as entered by the office. Your agreement with Excursion Point and the office records decide what is paid.

We try to keep the app working at all times but cannot guarantee it. Always keep the office's phone number at hand in case the app is unavailable. We may update the app or these terms; we will update this page when we do.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when a guide stops working with us. You can ask us to close your account at any time - see Delete your account and data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
