EPT Guide

The official app for Excursion Point tour guides.

For registered Excursion Point guides only. There is no public sign-up: guide accounts are created by our office, and guides sign in with their phone number and passcode. If you are a guide and do not have an account yet, please contact the office.

What the app does

Today and tomorrow at a glance

Morning and evening pickups with the number of bookings and guests, as soon as the office releases them.

Everything for the pickup

Pickup location with a map link, pickup time, guests and booked activities. Call or WhatsApp the guest in one tap.

Mark each guest

Picked Up, No Show or Dropped Off, with undo, so the office always knows where each trip stands.

Live location for waiting guests

Tap Start on a shift to show waiting guests where you are. Sharing stops when you tap Stop or everyone is picked up.

Activity report

After pickup, hand the phone to the guest to fill in the activity report. They confirm their WhatsApp number and receive a copy.

Photos and videos

Upload trip photos and videos from your gallery straight to the office.

History and payments

Previous pickups by month, and your trip payments as entered by the office.

Pickup alerts

A notification as soon as the office releases your pickups.
