We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, PayPal, and cash on arrival for selected tours.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. To reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp or email as early as possible.

Hotel pickup is included for all tours with Shared or Private Transfer. For tours without transfer, guests meet at the specified location. Pickup times are confirmed in your booking email.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Light colours are ideal in summer. Closed-toe shoes are preferred. A light jacket is recommended for evening tours as temperatures drop in the desert.

Most of our tours are family-friendly. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Some activities (dune bashing, quad biking) have age or height restrictions. Please check the specific tour details.

October to April is ideal with cooler temperatures (20–30°C). Evening desert safaris are popular year-round. Morning tours in summer (May–September) are conducted early to avoid extreme heat.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. While we take all safety precautions, activities like dune bashing and quad biking carry inherent risks. Ensure your policy covers adventure activities.

A PDF voucher is emailed to you immediately after booking. You can also download it from the booking confirmation page. Showing the voucher (digital or printed) on the day of your tour is required.
