Welcome to Excursion Point ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website at excursionpoint.com and making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe), PayPal, and cash on arrival (selected tours only).
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided within 30 minutes of payment.

• More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund. The booking amount is non-refundable.
• No-show: No refund will be issued for guests who do not show up at the meeting point.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@excursionpoint.com or via WhatsApp.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date. We are not liable for any indirect losses (flights, hotels, etc.) resulting from cancellations beyond our control.

• Hotel pickup is available for selected tours at the times specified during booking.
• Guests should be ready at the specified pickup location 10 minutes before the stated time.
• For tours with a meeting point (no transfer), guests are responsible for their own transportation.
• We are not liable for guests who miss pickup due to late readiness.

• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
• You must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or health concerns that may affect participation.
• Activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, and sandboarding carry inherent risks. By booking, you accept these risks.
• Pregnant women, guests with back or heart conditions, or those with serious medical conditions may be excluded from certain activities for safety reasons.
• Excursion Point reserves the right to exclude any guest from an activity if deemed unsafe.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, drivers, and other guests. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful of local customs and laws.

Excursion Point is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during tours, except where caused by our gross negligence. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific tour booking.

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

All content on excursionpoint.com — including images, text, logos, and tour descriptions — is the exclusive property of Excursion Point and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
