Delete your account and data

EPT Guide accounts are created and managed by the Excursion Point office, so deletion is done by the office. Send us a request from the phone number you use to sign in:

1. Include your name and the phone number you sign in with.
2. We confirm the request with you on that number, so nobody else can delete your account.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done. You are signed out of the app on all devices straight away.

• Your guide account: name, phone number and passcode.
• Your live location records.
• Your push notification registration.
• Photos and videos you uploaded, if you ask for them to be removed as well.

• Booking and trip records you were part of (pickup status and times, activity reports, trip payments) are kept for up to 7 years, because UAE accounting and tax law requires us to keep them. They are not used for anything else.
• Photos and videos already published on our social media may stay there unless you ask us to remove them.

You can also ask us to delete specific data without closing your account, for example uploaded photos and videos. Use the same buttons above and tell us what you would like deleted. See the Privacy Policy for everything the app collects.
