Pickup Information

We offer shared hotel pickup and drop-off from most hotels and residences in central Dubai on both days. Your driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please note: Guests staying at Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, or Dubai Parks hotels must contact us for a private transfer arrangement. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if you cancel 24 hours or more before your tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
